The Ultimate Jerky Cutting Board is molded of extremely durable polypropylene polymer. It features a 1/4-inch depth on one side, and a 3/8-inch depth on the other, with a rim around the outside and down the center that guides the knife blade for consistent cuts. Ridges on both sides trap excess liquids, and textured surfaces on the ridges grip meats while tenderizing to help seasoning penetrate the meat.
The Ultimate Jerky Cutting Board also has a textured hand protector that provides even downward pressure while keeping the blade safely away from the user’s hands. The hand protector locks into the 3/8-inch side of the cutting board, and the included 13 1/2-inch jerky knife nests inside it for easy storage. The Outdoor Edge knife features a surgically sharp, high-carbon, 420 stainless steel blade and an easy-grip, ergonomic, nonslip rubberized Kraton Handle.
A carry handle is conveniently molded into the top, making it easy to grab and go, and the nonslip rubber feet on each corner of the Ultimate Jerky Cutting Board hold it firmly in place while cutting.
