The Pinot Gris Finishing Sauce combines pinot gris with the rich, fruity flavors of cranberries, citrus and herbs. The Pinot Noir Finishing Sauce blends pinot noir with beef stock, garlic and honey.

 
Adding a cup of water, boiling and then adding one tablespoon of butter easily prepares the finishing sauces.
