Browning Packs introduces the Browning Billy 1500 and 1000 Lumbar Hunting Packs.

New for 2015, Browning Packs introduces the Browning Billy 1500 and 1000 Lumbar Hunting Packs. These lumbar packs are lightweight, yet are able to carry large loads of hunting equipment and other gear.

Both packs are part of the completely redesigned line of Browning Packs. These packs are designed by hunters and are filled with useful features.

The Billy packs feature the revolutionary Baumshell™ fabric that is half the weight and twice the strength of traditional pack cloths. Built to be “whisper quiet” for state of the art sound suppression. Baumshell™ fabric is also water resistant, and the packs are constructed with reinforced stitching for years of hunting.

The new Hypo-Sonic™ closure located on the waist belt storage pocket of the Billy Packs is water resistant and virtually silent thanks to its welded design. This toothless closure allows hunters to quietly access gear when game is close. The asymmetrical waist belt design allows for a larger, easier to access pocket.

To help keep gear organized and accessible, the Billy packs use the new hunter specific organization system. This design has product call-outs to keep gear separated and ready to use.

To help keep hunters cool and comfortable, the Billy 1500 and 1000 utilizes Tri-Vent three-layer padding. This padding creates a wicking, breathable, comfortable, and cool back panel.

The Billy 1500 has comfortable padded shoulder straps and uses the new “center of gravity” lumbar design that vastly enhances the ability to carry heavier loads. The webbing connecting the shoulder straps to the pack is attached to the rear of the pack resulting in a more upright load and drastically more comfortable carriage.

The Billy 1500’s Infinite loop shoulder straps move with the hunter’s shoulders, independently of the pack’s weight, allowing for versatility and comfort whether climbing a tree or shooting a bow or gun.

The Billy 1500 features a zippered opening for easy access to the generous main storage area of the pack and has large pass through side and front pockets for carrying more gear. The innovative waist belt cam buckle adjusts easily and much more quietly than traditional buckles.
