FeraDyne Outdoors Buys Field Lodgic

Cartersville, GA (June 1, 2015) — FeraDyne Outdoors, LLC, a portfolio company majority owned by funds affiliated with Snow Phipps Group, LLC, announced today that it has acquired FL Archery Holdings, LLC (d.b.a. Field Logic), an industry leader in archery targets and accessories.

Located in Superior, Wisc, Field Logic’s renowned portfolio of industry leading brands includes Block® targets, Glen Del® targets, Shooter™ Buck targets, Black Hole™ targets, Hurricane™ bag targets, IQ® Bowsights, Sure-Loc® Archery Products, S4Gear™ and Apple Archery® and X-Press® bow presses.

“We are very excited to add Field Logic’s brands to our portfolio of leading, innovative archery and hunting products,” said Richard Krause, president and CEO of FeraDyne. “The addition of these iconic archery accessories to our Rage® broadhead, Muzzy® broadhead and bowfishing, Nockturnal® lighted nock and Tru-Fire® release brands allows us to offer the market the most complete and highest quality portfolio of archery products. It also opens the door for us to continue to introduce innovative new products and bring additional technologies to our customers and consumers. Furthermore, we are very excited to have Field Logic’s talented employees join the FeraDyne team.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
