Hi Mountain Seasonings Brings Out the Big Gun—The New Big Shot Jerky Gun

RIVERTON, Wyo. (Dec. 9, 2014) — As the popularity of making jerky at home continues to soar, Hi Mountain Seasonings has announced the introduction of the new Big Shot Jerky Gun. Crafted of a heavy-duty stainless steel, the new Big Shot boasts a 15-inch-long stuffing tube and can hold up to 3 lbs. of ground meat.
The Big Shot comes with three stainless steel nozzles—two sizes for ground meat jerky and one designed for Snackin’ Sticks—a cleaning brush and an Original Jerky Cure & Seasoning kit. The lightweight design makes it easy to use, and the stainless steel materials make it rust resistant and easy-to-clean.
“When our customers make jerky, they make a lot of it,” said Hans Hummel, Hi Mountain Seasonings president and owner. “The new Big Shot will make preparation even easier and faster than ever.
“We are always looking at ways to improve our products and provide our customers with the very best jerky making experience possible,” Hummel continued. “We believe that the Big Shot will be a huge help for many of our customers.”
The Big Shot Jerky Gun will be available at retailers in January for a suggested retail price of $44.99. Be sure to stop by the Hi Mountain Seasonings booth #5757 at the Archery Trade Association Show or the HMS booth at the NSSF Media Day at the Range to check out the new Big Shot Jerky Gun as well as all of the other great products the company offers.
